How do I get access after subscribing?
I didn’t receive my Discord invite. What should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it’s still missing, contact us using the same email you subscribed with, and we’ll resend it.
Do I need trading experience to join?
Basic chart knowledge is recommended. We focus on execution and discipline, not beginner trading basics.
What markets do you trade?
We trade crypto futures, focusing on liquid, high-volume pairs.
What timeframe do you use?
Our strategy is built around the 15-minute timeframe to reduce noise and maintain consistency.
Billing & Membership
Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds.
How does billing work?
At this time, payments and renewals are handled manually. Monthly access does not auto-renew — members must renew manually to maintain access.
Yearly access is recommended for members who want uninterrupted access and prefer fewer renewals.
Full billing details are provided before access is granted.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel anytime. Your access remains active until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final due to instant digital access. Please review details carefully before subscribing.
Can I pay using crypto?
Yes. We currently accept crypto payments by request.
Approved members may complete payment via exchange-to-exchange transfer (for example, MEXC to MEXC) to minimize fees. Supported networks may include TRC20 or ERC20, depending on availability at the time of payment.
Payment instructions are provided after your access request is approved.

How much capital do I need?
There’s no minimum. We focus on percentage-based risk, not account size.
Do you offer 1-on-1 coaching?
No. Education is delivered through shared analysis and community discussion.

Can I rejoin after canceling?
Yes, as long as registrations are open. Previous access does not automatically carry over.
Is your content protected?
Yes. Redistribution, screenshots, or resale of our content is strictly prohibited.
What timezone do you operate in?
Crypto trades 24/7, but we focus on high-volatility sessions, primarily around the U.S. market open when volume and liquidity are strongest.
