Agreement to RSI Specialists Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you (“you”) and RSI Specialists (“RSI Specialists,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of our website, Discord community, and any related pages, applications, or social media profiles (collectively, the “Sites”).
By accessing or using the Sites, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy (incorporated by reference). If you do not agree, you must stop using the Sites immediately.
If you access the Sites from outside the United States, you understand your information may be processed in the U.S., where data laws may differ.
You are also responsible for complying with the terms and policies of any third-party platform you use to access our content (for example, Discord, X/Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).

You may cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you typically retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing, all sales are final and refunds are not provided.

Prohibited Activities

User Contributions
If you post, upload, or submit content (“Contributions”) anywhere on the Sites (including Discord), you remain responsible for that content.
To the extent you submit content to us, you grant RSI Specialists a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute it as needed to operate the Sites and community.
We may remove Contributions at our discretion.
Third-Party Links and Platforms
The Sites may link to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or services. Use them at your own risk.
Site Management
We may (but are not required to) monitor the Sites and community for violations and may remove content, restrict access, or suspend accounts at our discretion.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Sites at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Sites ends immediately.
Modifications and Availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Sites at any time without notice. We do not guarantee the Sites will always be available or uninterrupted.
